An Executive Committee of 10 members, who are elected annually at Conference, manages UNITE. They decide the strategy of how the policy agreed by Conference shall be implemented. They also keep a close eye on the Federation finances.

Roger Turner, the General Secretary and Chief Executive Officer, manages the affairs of the Federation on a day-to-day basis and he is supported by a team of 8 staff led by Malcolm Booth, Assistant General Secretary / Treasurer.
